| Human Rights |
Human rights refers to the concept of human beings as having universal rights, or status, regardless of legal jurisdiction, and likewise other localizing factors, such as ethnicity and nationality. Freedom, justice, and equality the rights that are considered by most societies to belong automatically to everyone, e.g. the rights to freedom, justice, and equality. Human rights and freedoms are what all human beings are entitled to by the very fact that they are human beings. This is based on the concept of personal human dignity and worth, as found in the theory of natural law. They exist in the civil, political, economic, social, and cultural fields. The political and religious traditions in other parts of the world also proclaimed what have come to be called human rights.
